Website sponsor - Security Industry Authority (SIA)
Crimestoppers has teamed up with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to enable anyone to report information about any company deploying unlicensed security staff, as defined in the Private Security Industry Act 2001.
The creation of the SIA was central to the implementation of the Act, which is intended to regulate the private security industry and improve skills, service quality, reputation and career opportunities. The partnership will enable the SIA to receive additional intelligence surrounding incidents of unlicensed activity by encouraging members of the public and those working within the private security industry to call Crimestoppers with information.
The SIA are currently sponsoring Crimestoppers' website.
For more information, visit the SIA's website.
