Helping prevent crime
This section has advice about how you can help to prevent crimes and prevent yourself from becoming a victim of crime.
Crimestoppers' anonymous phone number, 0800 555 111, exists to give people an anonymous route to give information about crime. You can call the phone number, or use our anonymous online form, to give information about crime. We don't want to know who you are, just what you know about crime and criminals.
However, we also want to help to prevent crimes before they happen in the first place. In this section, we've collaborated advice from the Home Office, as well as other organisations such as the Suzy Lamplugh Trust, to help you take steps towards preventing crime.
From personal safety tips, to how you can protect your family, business, home or vehicles, our crime prevention section could really help you prevent crime.
